How did we become Predictable?

Hiring & retaining staff should be...Predictable!

PREDICTABLE was founded in November 2008 by Mrs Cassandra Eastham. After working for many years within HR consultancy and management fields Cassandra saw an immediate need to design, offer and implement a more transparent way for business to recruit and retain their talent, from this the core of the business was developed to close the gap between the clients’ search for talent and developing and retaining that talent within their businesses.

The company is operated as a sole-proprietor focusing on three core services;

  1. Recruitment
  2. HR Outsourcing
  3. Training & Development

 


Predictable Recruitment: focuses on many generalist industry areas however we do specialise in a few key industries including:

  • Health & Aged Care
  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Payroll and Finance
  • Legal
  • Sales and Customer Service
  • Contact Centres

 


Predictable Training & Development: specialises in Contact Centres Sales and Customer Service. Middle Management and Team Leaders are our main focus, dedicating our time to enhancing their knowledge and performance not only as leaders of their teams but of their company as well.

Becoming a mentor to their staff should be an expectation of theirs and the right of their teams. 

Predictable has a committed team of staff, business professionals and contacts that will assist in all aspects of your Contact Centre from recruitment and team building to telephony and IT implementation.

 


Predictable HR Outsourcing: can manage all your HR responsibilities by offering a flexible tailored solution to suite your company.  A dedicated HR Professional, either on or offsite assistance, can offer a single point of contact with full support and experience in your specialised market.  Many flexible arrangements can be discussed.

In early 2009 Mrs Eastham brought in experienced sales management and business developer Mr Greg Beasley. Both Cassandra & Greg has successfully applied their skills, experience and knowledge to a variety of companies from start-ups and smaller companies who face constant growth challenges to large corporate companies looking to carve out more market share and establish competitive advantages over the competition in their respective markets.
